Project dashboard - Introduction

The project dashboard is only available if you have a sharemundo links® 'Enterprise' solution.

Each project has its own dashboard.

Notes:

  • To access the dashboard for a specific project, first select it from the drop-down menu on the left of your screen, then click on 'Project dashboard'.
  • Click here for more details on navigating to and between projects.

The project dashboard gives you an overview of the current status of your project and details on :

  • your project's performance ;
  • the different phases of the project;
  • project actions and their status ;
  • members of your project team ;
  • recent project documents;
  • project-related invoices.

You can customize the dashboard to :

  • unable / disable the 'My tasks' mode to filter the dashboard and display only items directly linked to you,
  • add or delete widgets,
  • reorganize widgets.

As with the company dashboard, you'll find a 'Report' tab on the project dashboard.

The 'Report' tab gives you access to global indicators on your project, thanks to various diagrams.
