Remove a user (or a company) from my contacts

This feature is common to all sharemundo links® solutions. Core and Enterprise solutions.

Note : The procedure is the same for deleting users and companies. The only difference is the tab where you’ll find this option.

Step 1: Go to the“Network” section, then to the tab where you want to delete the contact.

Step 2: Click the action button to the right of the user or company you want to delete, and select“Delete.”

Deleted users or companies are stored in the Recycle Bin and can be restored if necessary.
