This feature is only available if you have a license for one of the sharemundo links® 'Enterprise' solutions.

Step 1: Once you have selected the project for which you wish to view an item, go to the 'Item evaluation' section in the left-hand menu ('Project management' section).

Notes: the screenshots below are for viewing notes, but the principle is exactly the same for viewing a photo, sketch, audio recording or document.

Step 2: Go to the tab of the item you wish to view.

Step 3: Select the item you wish to view using the checkbox or by clicking on it.

Step 4: A preview of the element will open on the right-hand side of your screen.
