This feature is only available if you have a license for one of the sharemundo links® 'Enterprise' solutions.
Step 1: After selecting the project for which you wish to add a jâlon, go to the 'Project phase management' section in the left-hand menu ('Project management' section).
Step 2: Click on 'Add a new jalon' in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Step 3: Fill in the various fields and click on 'Create'.
Notes:
- Fields marked with * are mandatory.
- Details can be found in the fields below the image.
Details of the various fields:
- Jalon name * : Give a name to the jâlon
- Date : Enter the jâlon date (date on which the jâlon must be reached)
- Status: select the jâlon's status from the drop-down menu
- Payment date: select whether this is a payment date or not
- Expected payment amount: enter the expected payment amount
