Company dashboard - sharemundo links® "Enterprise"

The dashboard displays an overview of the company's current situation and provides details about :

  • your company's important events using the calendar,
  • recorded hours,
  • recorded expense reports,
  • invoices,
  • recent company documents.

The company dashboard will look different depending on the role you have been assigned in the administration server (company administrator, administrator user or user).

Corporate dashboard -Userview

You can customize the dashboard to :

  • unable / disable the 'My tasks' mode to filter the dashboard and display only items directly linked to you,
  • add or delete widgets,
  • reorganize widgets.

You will also have access to 5 different tabs:

  • The Dashboard tab provides an overview of your company's overall situation;
  • The Kanban Board tab displays all of your company's projects in a Kanban-style layout;
  • The Gantt Chart tab provides a list of all your company's projects in a Gantt-style chart;
  • The Report tab displays global indicators for all your company's projects;
  • Finally, the List tab provides a list of all your company's projects. You can create new projects from this tab.
