Closing a project phase

This feature is only available if you have a license for one of the sharemundo links® 'Enterprise' solutions.

Step 1: After selecting the project for which you wish to close a project phase, go to the 'Project phase management' section in the left-hand menu ('Project management' section).

Step 2: Go to the 'Project phase list' tab.

Step 3: Click on 'View / Edit' in the action menu corresponding to the phase you wish to close.

Step 4: Change the phase status to 'Complete'. Saving is automatic.

Note You cannot close a project phase if related actions are still 'open' or 'in progress'.
