Step 1: Go to the 'Connections' section of the administration server (left-hand menu).
Note: the number shown in brackets indicates the number of connection requests awaiting validation.
Step 2: Check if your company is already connected to the user's company.
If the connection is not established, you must first connect to the other company. Once the connection has been established and/or confirmed with the company, you can proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Go to the 'Send invitations' tab.
Step 4: Enter the user's sharemundo links® ID and click on 'Verify user'.
Step 4: Once the ID is verified, click 'Send Invite'
Step 5: The administrator of the invited user's company must accept the invitation before the user can be added to any projects
You'll see an overview of all the invitations you've sent at the bottom of the screen.
Note: You can revoke sent invitations by clicking on 'Revoke invitation'.
