This feature is only available if you have a license for one of the sharemundo links® 'Enterprise' solutions.
Step 1: Once you've selected the project for which you'd like a phase overview, go to the 'Project phase management' section in the left-hand menu ('Project management' section).
Step 2: Go to the 'Project phase list' tab.
Step 3: The table lists the different phases, with their associated information.
Step 4: You can :
- sort phases in ascending or descending order, according to various criteria, by clicking on the column title.
- Notes:
- You can only sort on one column at a time.
- A second click sorts the information in reverse order.
- filter project phases by status, using the filter at the top right of the table.
- perform a phase-specific search, using the magnifying glass at the top right of the table.
The 'More' column allows you to:
