Resources - Introduction

Common to all sharemundo links® solutions, the 'Resources' module enables all company employees to manage their absences.

In addition, it enables administrators to track employee absences, as well as occupancy rates and productivity.

Accessible from the navigation menu, the main screen will differ according to your user profile.

All employees have access to the 'Absence management' tab, which allows them to :

  • make absence requests, and
  • track their absence requests and balances.

The administrator has access to several tabs and can :

  • track employee requests and absences ('Absence management' tab),
  • approve or reject employee absence requests ('Absence management' tab),
  • get an overview of the company's resource utilization ('Resource allocation' tab),
  • make observations on your employees (tab 'Employee follow-up'), and
  • manage absence details for all employees ('Resource management' tab).
