Duplicating a project phase

This feature is only available if you have a license for one of the sharemundo links® 'Enterprise' solutions.

Step 1: Once you have selected the project for which you wish to duplicate a project phase, go to the 'Project phase management' section in the left-hand menu ('Project management' section).

Step 2: Go to the 'Project phase list' tab.

Step 3: Click on 'Duplicate' in the action menu corresponding to the phase you wish to modify.

Step 4: The project phase will be duplicated, with all the details of the original phase (except any linked documents).

Step 5: Modify the necessary fields.
