Converting an opportunity into an offer

This feature is common to all sharemundo links® solutions.

Note This section is only accessible to the company administrator and users with administrative rights (administrator users).

Step 1: Go to the 'Opportunities and Offers' section from the navigation menu.

Step 2: Go to the 'Opportunities' tab.

Step 3: Click on 'Convert to offer' in the action menu of the opportunity you wish to convert.

Note: this menu is in the last column of the table (far right).

Step 4: Modify the 'Sales phase' field and enter the date and amount of the offer. Then click on 'Submit'.

Note you can also modify the other fields if required.
