Project document management - Introduction

Common to all sharemundo links® 'Enterprise'solutions, the 'Project documents' module lets you store important project documents and make them accessible to everyone.

2 views of the project documents are available, and can be accessed via the tabs at the top left of the page:

  • the 'Folders' view lets you organize your documents into folders and sub-folders, just as you would in your document explorer.

  • the 'List' view displays all documents in list form.
