Opportunities and Offers - Introduction

Note This section is only accessible to the company administrator and users with administrative rights (administrator users).

Common to all sharemundo links® solutions, the 'Opportunities and Offers' module lets you manage your company's various opportunities, as well as the offers and projects arising from them.

Accessible from the navigation menu, the main screen allows you to :

  • get an overview of all the opportunities and offers of your company;
  • create and manage(modify, close or delete) your company's opportunities (and the resulting offers);
  • convert opportunities into offers when necessary, and follow up the associated purchase orders;
  • convert bids into projects, if you have a sharemundo links® solution that includes project management.
