General information about promotional codes:
- Unlike the free trial, a promotional code does not necessarily guarantee the free use of all solutions.
- The discount percentage granted may, for example, vary depending on the chosen solutions or specific events.
- Regardless of the number of licenses chosen, the billing period starts at the time of purchase, not when the licenses are assigned.
- For example, if you purchase 5 licenses with a promotional code applicable for a 3-month period and assign one or more of these licenses only one month before the promotional code expires, the discounted price will only apply for the last month, not for the full 3 months from the assignment date.
- As with all subscriptions to the different sharemundo links® solutions, subscriptions purchased with a promotional code will be automatically renewed at the end of the selected billing period. If desired, you can cancel the automatic renewal .
After completing the initial steps to set up your account, you're ready to select your licenses.
This section details the procedure to get free access.
Step 1: Select the 'Standard Plan' tab.
Step 4: Select 'Monthly' for the desired billing period.
Note: the promotional code does not apply to annual billings.
Select the solution(s) you need and the number of licenses.
Note: If you have created a 'Feelancer' profile, you can only purchase one license of each type.
Click on 'Next'.
Step 5: Enter the promotional code in the dedicated field (then click on 'Apply').
Enter your payment details and click on 'Pay and subscribe'.
Step 5: Wait for the payment to be processed.
