This feature is common to all sharemundo links® solutions.
Note The screenshots below are for corporate documents, but the principles are the same for project documents. (if you have a sharemundo links® solution that includes project management).
The document list view gives you a tabular overview of all your company and project documents.
Note : If your sharemundo links® solution includes project management, and you wish to access the 'List' view of project documents, you must first select the project in the left-hand navigation menu.
You can :
- organize documents in ascending or descending order, by clicking on the column title.
- rearrange the order of columns by dragging and dropping them from one part of the table to another.
