Common to all sharemundo links® solutions, the 'Contact Management' module allows each user to :
- create new contacts, and
- add contacts who also use a sharemundo links® solution.
This action does not require the approval of the corporate administrator, and is not subject to a connection request via the administration server.
Note: when creating or adding contacts in this section, you will not be able to collaborate with them on projects (if you use one of the 'Enterprise' or 'Industry' solutions). In order to be able to actively collaborate in sharemundo links®, you will need to be logged in by your company administrator. However, you can send a connection request from this section.
Accessible from the left-hand menu of the sharemundo links® solution used, this section is divided into two categories:
- Contacts', which lets you create oradd 'user' contacts,
- Companies', which lets you create oradd company contacts.
