This feature is only available if you have a license for one of the sharemundo links® 'Enterprise' solutions.
Step 1: After selecting the project for which you wish to create an action, go to 'Project actions' in the left-hand menu ('Project management' section).
Step 2: Click on 'Create an action' (top right of your screen).
Step 3: Enter the action details and click on 'Save changes'.
Notes:
- Fields marked with * are mandatory;
- You'll find details of the various fields below the image.
Details of individual fields
- Name *: enter the name of the action;
- Project phase *: select the project phase to which the action is linked from the drop-down menu;
- Notes: enter action details;
- Start and end dates *: enter the estimated start and end dates of the action, or select them using the calendar ;
- Assigned to * : select a collaborator from the drop-down menu ;
- Priority level: select from the drop-down menu;
- Status *: select the action status from the drop-down menu;
- Reminder *: select the time to send a reminder, if necessary;
- Allocated budget: enter the amount of the budget allocated to the action;
- Allocated hours *: enter the number of hours planned for the action;
- Linked documents: if you wish, you can link one or more documents to the action.
