Step 1: Tap the "Company Chat" icon at the top.

Step 2: Select your company name in the left-hand section.

Step 3: Type your message in the chat bar at the bottom right of your screen, then click on the send message icon or use the 'Enter' key on your keyboard.

Note: To find your ongoing conversations, the shortcut is located on the right side of your screen.
