Step 1: Go to the 'Connections' section of the administration server (left-hand menu).

Note: the number shown in brackets indicates the number of connection requests awaiting validation.

Step 2: Go to the 'Connections' tab.

Step 3: Locate the company or user you want to disconnect from, then click 'Disconnect'
