This feature is only available if you have a license for one of the sharemundo links® 'Enterprise' solutions.
Note When a project is created, a project phase (whose start and end dates correspond to the project's start and end dates) is automatically created..
Step 1: Once you have selected the project for which you wish to add a phase, go to the 'Project phase management' section in the left-hand menu ('Project management' section).
Step 2: Click on 'Create a phase' in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Step 3: Fill in the various fields and click on 'Create'.
Notes:
- Fields marked with * are mandatory.
- Details can be found in the fields below the image.
Details of the various fields:
- Name * : Give a name to the project phase
- Color: Change the color to be applied to the project phase
- Phase description: Enter a description of the project phase
- Start date and end date *: Enter the start and end dates of the project phase, or select them using the calendar.
- Status *: select the phase status from the drop-down menu
- Reminder *: select a reminder delay, if required, from the drop-down menu.
- Allocated budget *: enter the budget allocated to the project phase
- Allocated hours *: enter the number of hours allocated to the project phase.
- Jâlon title: enter the title of the associated jâlon, if necessary
- Linked documents: if you wish, you can link one or more documents to the project phase.
