This feature is common to all sharemundo links® solutions.
Step 1: Go to the 'Chat' section in the left-hand menu ('Company management' section for company chat or 'Project management' section for project chat).
Notes:
- The screenshots below are for company chat, but the principles are the same for project chat (if you have a sharemundo links® solution that includes project management).
- If your sharemundo links® solution includes project management, and if you wish to have a private conversation with a single member of a specific project team, you must first select the project from the left-hand navigation menu.
Step 2: To start a new private conversation, click on the conversation icon on the left of your screen, then click on 'Add' next to the name of the person you wish to have a private conversation with.
Note: If you've already had a private conversation with this person, simply select their name from the list of your conversations (on the left of your screen).
Step 3: Type your message in the chat bar at the bottom right of your screen, then click on the send message icon or use the 'Enter' key on your keyboard.
