Administration server dashboard

The dashboard provides a quick assessment of your account's current situation by displaying indicators and summary tabs.

The left sidebar menu enables navigation to the different sections of the administration server:

  • Connections

This section allows the company administrator to manage connections between his company and other companies / users via sharemundo links®.

  • User management

This section enables the company administrator to manage licenses, grant or revoke access to the various solutions, and delete internal users.

  • Solutions and Licenses

This section allows the company administrator to manage licenses and solutions (including the purchase of new licenses).

  • Billing

This section allows the company administrator to view and download invoices, manage payment methods and subscriptions.

  • Settings

This section allows the company administrator to modify the company profile.

  • Global configurations

This section allows the company administrator to manage the configurations of his solutions and projects.

Note: Any modification made in this section is likely to have an impact on all projects and will be considered as the default configuration.
