Delete an opportunity or an offer

This feature is common to all sharemundo links® solutions.

Notes:

  • This section is accessible only to the company administrator and users with administrative rights (administrator users).
  • Any loss of opportunity or supply is irreversible.

Step 1: Go to the 'Opportunities and Offers' section from the navigation menu.

Note Although the screenshots below concern the closing of an opportunity, the process is exactly the same whether you wish to delete an offer or an opportunity.

Step 2: Click on 'Delete' in the action menu of the opportunity or offer you wish to delete.

Note: this menu is in the last column of the table (far right).
