Send a sharemundo links® connection request

This feature is common to all sharemundo links® solutions. Core and Enterprise solutions.

Note: the procedure is the same if you wish to send a connection request to a company or contact.

Step 1: Go to the 'Companies' section or the 'Contacts' section (under 'Contact management' in the left-hand menu).

Step 2: Check in the 'sharemundo links® profile' column whether the company or contact already has an existing profile. This is indicated by a 'Yes' in the column.

Step 3: Click on the action button for the company or contact you wish to send a connection request to, and select 'Send email'.

Note: Sending a connection request is only possible for sharemundo links® solutions. "Enterprise" and "Industry" solutions.

Step 4: A pre-filled e-mail will open in your e-mail application. Just click on 'Send'.

The actual sharemundo links® connection is made via the administration server.
