Common to all sharemundo links® solutions, the 'Company calendar' module provides an overview of :
- actions assigned to your collaborators (automatically added to the calendar),
- your employees' absences (vacations or illness) (automatically added to the calendar),
- days when your employees work remotely (automatically added to the calendar),
- your company's various events.
Note: absences and remote working days of individual company employees will be visible only to company administrators and administrator users.
If you have a license for one of the sharemundo links® solutions including project management, items specific to your company's various projects will also be displayed in the calendar:
- actions linked to your company's projects,
- project milestones.
Note: unless you are the company administrator, you will only see the milestones and actions of the projects on which you are collaborating.
You can choose to display the calendar in 3 different ways (by week, by month, or by quarter) using the buttons above the calendar on the right.
Use the arrows above the calendar on the left to navigate from one period to another.
