This feature is common to all sharemundo links® solutions.
Note The screenshots below are for corporate documents, but the principles are the same for project documents. (if you have a sharemundo links® solution that includes project management).
The 'Folders' view of documents is similar to your document explorer, and lets you organize your documents (corporate or project) into folders and sub-folders.
Note: If your sharemundo links® solution includes project management, and you wish to access the 'Folders' view of project documents, you must first select the project in the left-hand navigation menu.
Folders are suggested by default. If you wish, you can rename or delete them.
You can also add new folders and subfolders as required.
You can also upload new documents to the sharemundo links® platform from this view.
