This feature is common to all sharemundo links® solutions. Core and Enterprise solutions.
Each user can add companies that are already using a sharemundo links® in the “Network” section. This action does not require approval from the company administrator and does not involve a connection request via the administration server.
Step 1: Go to the “Network” section, then select the“Companies”tab.
Step 2: Click on 'Search for companies' at the top right of the page.
Step 3: Enter the name of the company you're looking for. You can also search by area of expertise, country, city, product, or service.
Step 4: Once you've found the company you're looking for, click the three dots on the right side of the screen and select "Add to Companies."
Note: When you click “View Company Profile,” you’ll be able to access the public details of the company’s profile.
There may be several reasons for the absence of search results:
- or the company you're looking for isn't using a sharemundo links® solution,
- or the company profile you're looking for is not searchable.
Note: If you add companies this way, you will not be able to collaborate with them on projects (if you are using one of the “Enterprise” or “Industry” plans). In order to actively collaborate in sharemundo links®, your company’s CEO must establish a formal connection.
